Note from Patricia

Greetings!

What do exceptional leaders have in common?

In addition to their expertise and experience, they have the ability to see themselves and their surroundings clearly. They are aware and mindful of how they approach problems, situations and others—their colleagues, direct reports, employees, clients and communities. They use their instincts and curiosity to make informed decisions—decisions born from a centered and grounded place. They also move forward by creating a culture defined by exceptional values—values that they live and exemplify, values that employees relate to.

When we work together, we will work together in a profound way. You will dig deep, explore your values and company culture, your innate gifts and leadership skills and what you would like to change and accomplish. This kind of exploration is necessary to becoming all that you can be as a human being and leader. Self-knowledge and awareness are empowering.

And, yes, Creativity and Leadership are related.

Please know that I have a good sense of humor, and will guide you and/or teams to explore goals and vision. Creating a safe place for honest communication and facilitating breakthroughs to success is what I do. As I listen and tune-in to your needs, we may uncover things you didn’t know were strengths or blocks. From this knowledge, I facilitate coaching and training that is grounded in experience, education, and intuition.

A refreshing and intriguing class

Thank you for inviting us, this was a refreshing and intriguing class. My favorite part was … the meditation!! With so much science-based evidence on the positive impacts of meditation, I have been wondering for months, what would happen if meditation occurred during a training class. This was such an insightful class, I highly enjoyed it!

Really enjoyed the session and thought it was so inspiring.

Thank you, Patricia! I really enjoyed the session and thought it was so inspiring.

I loved the meditation! I really thought the creative writing portion was fantastic and it was amazing how when you just let go and just write, we come up with powerful and inspiring words and thoughts.

Thank you again😊

A special thank you to an amazing woman.

About four months ago Patricia reached out and offered to do a session with my leadership team. She believed that the relevance of her mission had increased exponentially in the Covid-19 environment, and I for one agreed. We had just exited the traditional office and found the Create to Lead session to be awesome. I, for one, thoroughly enjoyed the time and learned a lot!

Incredibly good at identifying what my strengths are

Patricia really helped me determine what my short- and long-term goals are and what I need to do to reach them. She was also incredibly good at identifying what my strengths are and how I can leverage those strengths to further grow my book of business. Looking forward to participating in more coaching sessions with her in the future.

Helped me to see myself from an outside perspective

Patricia, thanks so much for your time and everything you shared this morning! I am going through a rough time personally and this helped me a lot. I forgot how to be thankful every day and every time I forget I lose myself.

Your words and the Personal Values Assessment helped me to see myself from an outside perspective … I’m so tough on myself and I need to be kind and caring to myself.

I would like to know where to purchase your gratitude journal.

I recently got promoted to a loan officer here with Rio Grande Credit Union and have my own office. You have inspired me to decorate it with a gratitude theme so I do not lose myself again. 😊

This morning’s session will help me move forward and learn with an open heart from life and my hardships.

Thank you very much, May God Bless You today and Always.

Keep up the important work of healing.

Thank you for setting a peaceful and gracious tone that allowed many of us to open up. I was reminded of my younger days when I would search for deeper meaning in poetry, music, and art. Your program inspired me to re-commit to my journaling as a form of expression and self care. Thank you for your wonderful program. Keep up the important work of healing.

You are Inspirational!

I really adored your program and as I am sure you have already seen and talked with Lina, we are rolling out our idea of using all your techniques with our Coping thru the Holidays with our Stroke Support Group members!!!

Thrilled to be able to provide this for them, as they are all dear to my heart after being with some of them for 6 years now in the Support Group and always wonderful to provide them with something new and GREAT!!!!

You are Inspirational, love the Foundation, the APP, the book – my heart is filled with gratitude – that I was able to attend your classes, meet you and then be able to share!!!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Very helpful with cancer patients who are distressed.

I was in the Friday session and really enjoyed it. I think the mindfulness app will be a very useful tool, so will the exercises in the book. I think Create to Heal will be very helpful with cancer patients who are distressed. Thank you for teaching us and providing the book!

I found Patricia to be insightful and engaged.

I really enjoyed the session. I found Patricia to be insightful and engaged. I haven’t done creative writing in a long time and found it very cathartic and reminiscent of my younger (less stressed) self.

I wish the training were longer or had more sessions – I really enjoyed it.

Thank you for providing this time.
